The ‘Anxiety Chart’

This amazing chart was created by B.L Acker to help her explain her anxiety to others. It gives concrete examples of the amount of anxiety at each level, which could be easier than simply trying to place anxiety on a scale of 1 to 10. A fab way to express and discuss anxiety levels, and even better that it was made by someone with anxiety.
